Every family, team and organization has a culture. For us, authenticity is at the heart of what we do. As a leader, you’re free to find out how God has gifted you and then step up to influence others for Christ. Discussion: 1. Watch the video together or invite someone to summarize the topic. 2. Culture answers the question, “How do we actually do things?” What was your family’s culture growing up? What types of values were present in your home environment? 3. Describe a team you’ve played on that had a strong, healthy culture. Describe one that had a negative culture. What was the impact of culture on those teams? 4. What does it mean to have an “authentic culture”? Make a list. Read 1 Corinthians 12:12-19. What is the message of this passage, and how does it relate to leadership at FCA? 5. Why is it important to lead with authenticity? How will the people under your leadership respond to that? 6. Fill out the “Values” and “Culture” boxes on the 5-Point Clarity Worksheet. 7.
