Looking for an easy DIY tutorial on how to make a choker? Today I'm going to show you how easy it can be by simply grabbing an old pair of leggings and some scissors. We've all got tons of old clothing laying around, so why not get a little creative with a few pieces before dumping the rest off at goodwill? First up, the thick fabric choker. It's the perfect bold statement to add to any outfit. I've seen celebrities like Gigi Hadid, Kendall Jenner, and Jennifer Lopez rocking it so now we're going to do it too!
