So today Ive Decided to cook this beautiful Garlic Mushroom stir-fry a simple yet delicious recipe for my viewers who wanted a quick healthy fix to either have it as their main course or accompany it as a side with other proteins such as beef or chicken either way its splendid on its own or served with your choice of grain or carb. Chili oil is optional and so is the butter, you can simply use olive oil during the entire cooking process. And if you like additional protein in this dish all you need to do is add 2 whole diced chicken breasts and sauté it with the mushrooms its that simple. Ingredients. 100g Shitaki mushrooms sliced 100g Shitaki mushrooms whole 2 Portabella mushrooms 200g Oyster mushrooms 4 cloves Garlic chopped 2 med red onions sliced 4 tsp Virgin olive oil 1tsp Butter 1/2 tsp Cummin 1tsp Chili oil / optional 2 tbsp Parsley chopped 1 tbsp Tiryaki sauce Rock-salt as needed INSTRUCTIONS: *Chop and slice all your ingredients and have them ready on the side *sauté and caramelize your onions on a low heat for at least 5 to 6 minutes and set it aside. *Stir-fry all your mushrooms separately except the sliced portabella and sliced shitaki mushrooms which will be stir-fried half way only. *For the sauce add heat 1 tsp butter, i tsp olive oil and add the cumin seeds and garlic.Once the garlic turns light brown add the chili oil. *Next add all the mushrooms and onions in the sauce. add 2 tbsp parsley and 1 tbsp teriyaki sauce and rock salt as desired. Stir fry all the ingredients together for at least 4 to 5 minutes and serve over a bed of steamed white rice or your choice of grain.
