In Day 38 of 40 Days of Purpose, Dr. Daniel Folarin taught from Mark 11:20–24, unpacking the dynamic nature of active, obedient faith. When the disciples saw the fig tree withered, Jesus did not merely point to the miracle. He pointed to faith. “Have faith in God.” What followed was not a formula, but a revelation. Faith speaks. Faith believes. Faith aligns with God’s will and moves in response to His word. This teaching explored the work of faith. Not faith as performance, and not faith as emotional intensity, but faith expressed through obedience. The kind of faith that responds when God speaks. The kind that steps forward when the word is given. The kind that aligns the heart with heaven’s reality. Mark 11 reveals that faith is not passive agreement. It is relational trust that results in action. Mountains are not moved by noise. They are moved by confidence anchored in God. Day 38 brings clarity to the difference between striving and believing, between formula and formation, between speaking from presumption and speaking from conviction shaped by union with Christ. This is faith working through surrender. This is trust expressed in alignment. To learn more about Great Haven Assembly, visit: 🌐 www.greathaven.org Blessings.
