We're back! And this time, we're exploring the beautiful Garfagnana area of Northern Tuscany. Just over the mountains from where we've been filming with @AnnetteJosephstyle , the Garfagnana boasts breathtaking views, peaceful and beautiful borgos (Italian villages) and plenty to keep two crazy British tourists occupied! In this video, we go house hunting in Fornovolasco, home to the Casa Alamanda, made famous by Alan Carr and Amanda Holden's series 'Alan and Amanda's Italian Job'. A few minutes up the road, we stumble upon the Grotto del Vento, a stunning series of caves which can be explored for €10. At the end of the winding mountain road, we find Vergemoli, one of the prettiest villages in this area, miles from anywhere! Then it's back to our hillside lodge for a chaotic return of Cooking with Stephen and Claire. Will we find all the ingredients and tools to cook with? Find out in the video... The next day, we head to Barga, which has an unusual and strong connection with Scotland. After exploring that Borgo, we aim high - 1,525m above sea level to be precise! San Pellegrino in Alpe is the highest village in the Apennine Alps and a surprisingly bustling stop-off for pilgrims, hikers and bikers.
