Add 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce & minced garlic. Cook for 30 seconds to 1 minute. Add 1 cup of beef broth, 1 cup of milk, 1 cup of water, and 4 cups of egg noodles. Bring to a boil. Once boiling, reduce the heat to medium-low and cover. Simmer for 5-10 minutes or until egg noodles are done. Stir in 1/2 to 1 cup sour cream. Taste for more salt and pepper.
