Thrice, but each one failed. As a last resort, he approached Karnataka Fisheries Development Corporation, and they suggested he explore the model of a seafood mobile canteen that he set up a couple of years ago. Murthy still keeps his day job, selling spice mix packets throughout Bengaluru whilst his wife, Sunanda cleans the fish and prepares the masala throughout the day. And in the evening, they drive their seafood fry truck to Rajajinagar, where this hard working couple cook, and serve the neighbourhood. The fish that they serve is fresh, sourced from KFDC each day, and their fries, delicious as I discovered when I paid them an impromptu visit a few weeks ago.
