How to practice mindful parenting skills? Have you ever questioned yourself sometimes if you are being a good parent to your children? Is there really a way to measure a parent’s performance? Well, most people believe that children are the complete reflection of their parents from the way they look and the way they behave. So it is really important for parents to set a good example for their children while they are still young. So at a young age, they can be trained as a good individual with good values and outlook in life. For this week's episode, I will be joined by Josephine Atluri, a meditation and mindfulness coach. Just like some of you, she is also a loving mother to her 7 children.
