It’s been a busy couple of weeks where I travel through Oman, onboarding a new client while also trying to slow down and actually enjoy where I am. In this video, I talk about what it’s like managing client work while travelling, how I’m structuring onboarding, and why learning to relax has been harder than I expected. I also share some honest thoughts on balancing building a business with life outside of work, what this trip has taught me so far, and how I’m approaching the next phase of growth without burning out.
