Burpees can be very intimidating. I designed this simple workout to make them less so. This simple burpee workout is designed to remove this intimidation. Start with a set of very basic, beginner burpees that do not require any jumping or even a push up. We slowly progress to a bit more difficult burpees. Finally, we finish with a double pump burpee. During this entire workout I cannot stress enough how I want you to complete this workout at your own difficulty level. If you feel out of breath, tired, or on a verge of injury simply slow down or do not advance the burpee variations. Keep it where you are at. I want every single on of you to come away from this workout in better shape and with a better understanding of what the burpees is and what is required of you to the better at the burpee.
