Named after her favourite Japanese heavy metal band, Ms Zarah's Loudness food stall offers a variety of the all-time favourites such as Nasi Lemak, Tauhu Telur, Tauhu Sumbat, Laksa, etc. These mouth-watering Malay dishes are the outcomes of the efforts put in by Zarah and her close-knitted family rooted at Tanglin Halt. Having spent her childhood and teens here, the quaint, charming place holds a special slot in her heart. Tauhu Telur, made from eggs and Tauhu, is deep fried over hot oil. The outcome is a soft, fluffy fritter, topped with fresh vegetables, and drizzled with their homemade special sweet sauce. Available only on Saturdays! Beansprouts wrapped in fried Tauhu, drizzled with peanut-ty sauce, is Ms Zarah’s Tauhu Sumbat. She also serves Laksa and Mee Soto, that are available on Sundays.
