Vegan Almond Joy! • Almond Joy recipe - Healthier VEGAN ORGANIC Ingredients 3-7 russet potatoes (depending on how much you want to make) 2-3 cups oil of your choice for frying. This depends on the pan size. You want to make sure the fries are completely covered. I used 2 cups of coconut oil :) Sea salt to sprinkle on top like fairy dust :) Garlic granules to sprinkle on top Note: Sprinkle whatever seasoning you like to lick off your fingers! lol Nutritional yeast is really good! Garlic flakes, cayenne if you want to get hot! Something to dip!! Ketchup, BBQ, Nacho cheese (recipe below), pesto (recipe below). Nacho cheese video: • Vegan Cashew Nacho Cheese ~ EASY HEALTHY ... Pesto video: • Vegan Pesto | Easy + Fast + Cheap + Oil fr... Directions "Ribbon" your potato using any type of vegetable spiral cutter (link below). Heat your oil on medium until melted. Put one small piece of potato to test the oil. If it sizzles then it's ready! Add some "ribbons" to your oil, about 1/2 cup. You don't want to over crowd your pan. They won't cook properly. Let them cook 3-5 min, stirring in between, until lightly brown & crunchy!! :) Take them out, setting them on a rack w/ paper towels. Season them while the are hot and just come out of the oil! It helps the seasoning stick. Repeat to the rest of your potatoes! Smile, and enjoy the nutrients you're giving your body!
