Filmed with Samsung Galaxy S9 on August 10, 2019 This is the auxiliary elevator at the Michigan Science Center in midtown Detroit. This one is located near the exit and group seating area. It serves level 1 (Main Level) and level B/LL (Lower Level), as well as 2 & 3 which are part of the attached University Prep Science & Math middle school. This lift is decent, but it could be better maintained. Most of the original buttons have been replaced with KSS 500. This building was originally the Detroit Science Center. It closed in 2011, and reopened 2012 as the Michigan Science Center. This part of the building was added on in 2008.
