Hey! I'm Khushi, a girl in her 20s who is now taking steps to improve her quality of life. Through this video, I am sharing my current morning routine! As I said in the previous video, "Live for myself and explore new things, and start working on my hobbies again, force myself to get out of the bed and smile before and after waking up, feeling grateful to have everything." I am back at cooking, and soon will be uploading a video on baking as well. Trying to include good amount of food in my morning is also something really new, and not really me. I am also focusing on gaining weight. By having a morning routine, I feel productive by the morning itself, making my bed, cleaning my room, prepping for breakfast, and exercising, eating well, made me really happy, setting me to a good start. I try and feel grateful for the time I get to make food, as well as consuming all kinds of food. I thank my body every time. I love it.
