A judge granted a Maryland man his return from El Salvador, DHS says he's part of the MS-13 gang

A federal judge has ordered the United States to return a Maryland father mistakenly deported to an El Salvador prison. Kilmár Abrego Garcia, 29, had a hearing on Friday evening in U.S. District Court in Greenbelt, Maryland, where the federal judge granted a preliminary injunction and ordered the government to facilitate his return. Federal officials have officially sought an appeal of the decision.
