The intense heat of Hotted makes the iron-rich rocks on its surface shine. Hotteds are savage and giant... but dutiful. Hotted is an offensive planet to the highest degree. Its physics are like an odd mix of Gravitas and Megadom. Like Gravitas, the first launch will hold very little power, but the second launch afterwards will send the stack off the planet at breakneck speeds. However, like Megadom, the stacks lose power very quickly; if the second ignition doesn't clear the screen, the stack won't be able to clear anymore, the power drops that quickly. If you find yourself in a situation where you have a screen wide stack and you didn't clear it, just let it ground and regenerate, juggle for a moment to buy yourself some time, and start over. The best way to use this planet is to utilize step jumping (setting up an airborne stack to make an ignition with grounded Meteos the moment it lands) to make the most out of its attack strength, and this is actually a good planet to practice that on due to the necessity to make it work. It is possible to screen clear on the planet, though it's difficult to pull off. The best way I've been able to manage is to start from the middle on one side and make matches using Meteos from below, making a sort of staircase towards the other side of the screen. However, it's quite risky since you can easily run into the problem mentioned above if the stack fails to clear. Beginners should stay away from this planet due to its awkward physics; when put into the right hands, however, it can send monstrous attacks in rapid succession and flood other planets without breaking a sweat.
