They've used the 200 series Six-Speed Automatic Transmission. That is proven to work here in Australia. They've converted that into the 70 series Landcruiser so that you can have the comfort of an Automatic Transmission whilst you're out there enjoying Australia. Well they've done it in such a way that the transfer case will bolt straight up to the transmission and the tail shaft links will stay the same so there's really no significant modifications.
