He shows how this method works through the subconscious mind (لاشعور) and affects the nervous system (اعصابی نظام) and the body’s defence system / immunity (قوتِ مدافعت Immunity). The lesson describes how a trained spiritual healer (روحانی طبیب) and a medical doctor (طبیب) can together help a patient: correcting thoughts, reducing unnecessary worry and supporting the body’s natural strength. Professor Dr. Anjum explains that repeated self-suggestion (خود تلقین) and focused imagination can slowly replace negative, frightening ideas with realistic and hopeful thinking. These pages also give a step-by-step routine (روزانہ کا عملی طریقہ): giving the mind positive suggestions before sleep and after waking, practising calm breathing and posture with awareness, repeating selected words and sentences so that they sink into the subconscious without forcing or tension. Later, the same method is applied to everyday problems like anger (غصہ), sudden attacks of fear, hatred and jealousy in the heart, and other moral weaknesses (اخلاقی کمزوریاں). With patience, this healing fear method becomes a tool for mind training (ذہنی تربیت), self-control (خود ضبطی) and inner balance (اندرونی توازن), so that a person can live more calmly and face future worries with strength and trust in Allah (توکل اور اعتماد).
