This 1-hour guided somatic breathwork session is designed to help release stress, tension, and stored emotional patterns from the body. Using the six core elements of BBTRS (BioDynamic Breathwork & Trauma Release System®) — breath, movement, sound, conscious emotional expression, touch (self-guided), and meditation — this practice supports nervous system regulation and deeper connection with the body. You can follow along from home and move at your own pace. This session may support: • release of chronic stress and tension • nervous system regulation • emotional release and integration • reconnection with the body • grounding and increased vitality BioDynamic Breathwork works directly with the body and nervous system, helping to unwind patterns of holding that often remain even after we understand things cognitively.
