Chop the beet into rough pieces. 2. Sauté the finely chopped onion in a little oil until translucent and soft. Add a pinch of black pepper to the hot skillet to bloom the aroma, then remove from heat and let cool. 3. Combine the chopped beet, rinsed beans, cooled onion mixture, lemon juice, garlic, chopped walnuts, and unrefined oil in a blender or food processor. 4.
