RT 104 Replacement Top Instructions: Raise the back halfway If the table has a pelvic tilt and drawer heater, lift the seat section. If nonpelvic tilt, remove two screws from underneath, one in each front corner. Locate the 4 hinge screws, located at the back of the mounting plate. Do not remove it at this time Remove the 2 screws attaching the lifting device to the back of the table prior to removing the hinge screws. Remove the hinge screws from the mounting plate. Remove the old top. Remove the footpad Mount the stainless steel plate provided in the proper location. See the location on the old top. Place the new top on the table with the hinge tabs on the back of the mounting plate Screw the 4 hinge screws into the mounting plate. Do not tighten all the way Screw the lifting device to the back of the top. Do not tighten all the way Lower the back to allow the lifting device to align itself Raise the back and tighten the lifting device screws and the stainless plate screws Tighten the hinge screws Install the new footpad, using the alignment tabs provided Hausted offers a wide range of colors to create a new design environment for existing exam tables at a fraction of the cost of new.
