Do try it out and do leave in a comment if you loved the recipe ❤️ Butter chicken filling Chicken - 400 gm chicken breast cubed Raw spices -2 cardamom, 1 pc cinnamon Onion -1 chopped Green Chili -2 chopped Ginger garlic paste -1/2 tbs Red Chili powder-1/2 tbs Turmeric-1 tsp Garam masala -1 tsp Pepper powder -1 tsp Kasuri Methi (fenugreek leaves )-1 tbs Cream -3 tbs Honey -1 tsp Coriander leaves -2 tbs Salt Butter -1 tbs To a pad add butter , then raw spices . Add the chopped onions , green Chili and sauté . Then add the ginger garlic paste . Add the spice powders and the chicken, cook . Then add tomato paste (or purée) , sauté well to cook . Then add the cream, honey and coriander leaves . Green sauce Green chili-3 Garlic -2 Mint leaves -4 tbs Coriander leaves -4 tbs Yougurt -3 tbs Mayyonaise -3 tbs Salt Mix all to a smooth sauce For layering Bread -6 slices Mozzarella cheese -3 tbs Red chili flakes -1 tbs Now let’s bake , to a pan add the bread slices top it with green sauce , then add the butter chicken filling . If you want can top it with another layer bread and butter chicken filling . Then add a layer of cheese and chili flakes . And bake in oven for the cheese to melt 180 c for 10-15 min . Or bake in in non stick pan on gas stove , low sim fire . Or in air fryer 180 C 5-6 min or more . You can make in gas stove in non stick pan in low sim fire too as everything is cooked is just cheese that needs to melt and bake .
