When #shawarma is your bae ...... ❤️ Crispy shawarma that what my little daughter said try this shawarma samoosa .... the sauce mix and shawarma spice mix takes the samoosa to next level . For Shawarma Mix (can use store bought or make from scratch ) the powder for marinating chicken Garam Masala -2 tsp cumin 1 tsp cardamom powder -1/2 tsp Cinnamon -1/2 tsp Garlic powder -1 tsp Ginger powder -1 tsp Onion powder - 1 tsp Pepper powder -1 tsp Corn flour -1 tsp Salt - Mix all to make a shawarma mix ( if you don’t have any powders it’s fine mix with what ever you have ) For Shawarma sauce Mayonnaise- 3 tbs Yogurt- 2 tbs Tahini sauce -3 tbs or else white sesame seeds 3 tbs dry roasted Garlic -2 nos chopped Hot sauce - 1 tbs (optional) Mix all these together to a creamy sauce this is used in shawarma mix and also dip for the shawarma For chicken shawarma Filling Chicken -1 cup sliced bone less Shawarma mix - 1 tbs or more Lemon juice -1 tbs Onion -1 medium chopped Green chilly -2 nos chopped ( if you want it spicy ) Parsley / Coriander leaves-2 tbs chopped French fries - 1 cup fried or air fried Shawarma sauce -2 tbs Olive oil -3 tbs Samoosa sheet Flour and water mixed to stick the sheets . . . . Marinate the chicken with shawarma mix , lemon juice and pan fry and shred and keep aside . Same pan add oil , onions , green chilly , parsley / coriander leaves and sauté . Then add the cooked chicken . Can add little more shawarma powder if you want for flavour . Add salt and pepper if wanted . To the cooked chicken filling let’s add the French fries and shawarma sauce . Mix well and our juicy filling is ready . Now fill the samoosa sheets and seal with the glue . Pan fry or air fry . Serve the shawarma samoosa with the shawarma sauce . #shabosramadan #shabosphere #shawarmabake
