FutureSight is seeking an experienced, visionary Founding CEO to lead the launch of a new AI-native data infrastructure company serving the $20B+ employee benefits ecosystem, including brokers, MGAs, and mid-market employers. Today, benefits brokers and HR teams struggle to make data-driven decisions because critical benefits data is fragmented across carrier portals, PDFs, and spreadsheets. This results in opaque renewals, manual reporting, limited benchmarking, and poor cost control—especially during renewals and open enrollment. Despite strong incentives and domain expertise, teams are constrained by broken data plumbing. This problem excites us because it sits at the intersection of data chaos and financial consequence. This is a pure execution problem. Fragmented carrier data. Manual reconciliation. Renewal-driven urgency. High-stakes financial outcomes. Most of the work today is repetitive and manual—normalizing plan data, reconciling documents, and stitching together insights across carriers. The Role: Founding CEO As Founding CEO, you will: Win early customers through pilots, pricing strategy, and validation of retention and expansion. Partner with FutureSight’s product and engineering pod to launch V1. Hire the founding team and establish the company’s culture. Lead the seed round, starting with FutureSight’s initial investment.
