SUBSCRIBE Get 2-3 brand new videos every week (TUE, THU, FRI), including recipes, kitchen hacks and handy cooking tips to help you feed your family and friends: https://goo.gl/msa4kR SLOW ROASTED STICKY CHINESE PORK RIBS WITH ASIAN GREENS Serves 4 Prep 15 mins (+ 1 hour marinating time) Cooking 2½ hours ¹⁄³ cup (80ml) hoisin sauce 2 tbs soy sauce 1 tbs dry sherry 2 tbs brown sugar 5cm piece ginger, cut into matchsticks 2 garlic cloves, crushed 1 tsp Chinese five spice 1 cinnamon stick 2 whole star anise 8 (about 600g) Coles Australian Boneless Pork Spare Ribs 1 bunch choy sum, cut into 5cm lengths 1 bunch baby bok choy, cut lengthways into wedges 1. Combine the hoisin, soy sauce, sherry, sugar, ginger, garlic, five spice, cinnamon and star anise in a shallow bowl. Add the pork and turn to coat. Refrigerate for 1 hour to marinate. 2. Preheat oven to 140°C. Transfer pork to a shallow roasting pan and arrange in a single layer. Cover with foil. Roast, turning occasionally, for 2 hours or until tender. Uncover and roast for a further 30 mins or until sauce thickens and pork is very tender. 3. Meanwhile, bring a large saucepan of water to boil. Cook the greens for 1-2 minutes or until bright green. Using tongs, lift out the greens and immediately plunge them in a bowl of ice water. Divide the pork and greens among bowls.
