Die Prüfanlagen müssen mit der Geschwindigkeit der Schweißmaschine arbeiten, so dass die zerstörungsfreie Prüfung den Durchsatz der Gesamtanlage nicht herabsetzt. Eine erste Schweißnahtprüfung wird als Prozesskontrolle direkt nach der HF-Schweißung am Endlosrohr durchgeführt. Nach dem Schneiden und der Wasserdruckprobe der Rohre erfolgt die abschließende Schweißnahtprüfung und eine rotierende Prüfung des Rohrmantels. The testing systems must allow the inspection with the speed of the welding process and should not be a bottleneck within the production line. An initial weld seam test is carried out as a process control directly after ER welding on the continuous tube.
