Add white parts of green onions, garlic, ginger, Thai Chilis. Cook for 1 min. 3) Add ground pork, crumble, and cook for 2 mins or until no longer pink. 4) Add brown sugar and soy sauce (or fish sauce). Add dried chilis and chicken bouillon powder. 5) Turn heat to high. Flatten pork so each piece touches the surface of the pan. Don't stir to let it caramelize for 2 minutes. Stir after 2 minutes. If not caramelized enough, let it cook without stirring for another 30 seconds. Repeat process until caramelized to your taste. 6) When caramelized to taste, add green onions and stir. 7) Plate with sliced tomatoes, cucumbers, and rice. Enjoy!
