Feeling better and slowly getting back to full strength. This is Training Vlog Episode 8 of my journey training to jump higher for volleyball. I’m still dealing with a little coughing, but my power output and strength are continuing to come back. Not fully there yet, but definitely moving in the right direction. This session was focused on building momentum back safely and intentionally. In this workout, you’ll see: • My warm-up routine • Pin squats • Power clean doubles as explosiveness returns • Lying hamstring curls • Seated calf raises Instead of rushing the process, I focused on quality reps, smart loading, and staying consistent as my body continues to recover. This training vlog documents the real process of improving athletic performance — including off days, recovery phases, and gradually returning to full power. Thanks for watching.
