I'm off the Benzo!

2.5 weeks off still early days.. however! After a water taper that was paused over 3 years ( due to pollydrugging and having to taper other drugs too ) I'm off! Lorazepam - Jump off dose was 0.01 - water taper. 0.5 mg - 0mg Same for quetiapine jumped off at 0.01 - dry cut all the way down. 400 mg - 0mg I had to navigate my taper and make hard decisions a long the way as to which to do when! But with help from Hans who is great with his knowledge and instinct I felt confident when making the decisions, and followed them. Clean diet, sober now for 4 years, no caffeine, and little amounts of sugar, I can't eat processed sugars, very rev. No supplements, I added nothing new. Just healthy eating. Long may this continue.
