Let's build a powerful lower body on day 10 of the Ignite kettlebell series. Today's 30 min Lower Body Circuits Workout will strengthen all the muscles in your legs and glutes in 3 simple but very effective circuits. 45 seconds work per exercise, 15 seconds rest, repeat each circuit before moving on.
