In 1977, the U.S. government told Americans to stop eating saturated fat. It was based on almost no evidence. Fifty years later, we're fatter and sicker than ever. But here's what they don't want you to know: They spent $700 MILLION dollars on the largest nutrition study in history to prove they were right.
