In this tutorial, I’ll show you how to create abstract, floating wavy line animations in Cavalry — the kind of visual style you often see in modern corporate branding and tech videos. I start by building a clean path system using Points to Path Points, then use Nulls as controllers so the entire shape is easy to art-direct. By utilising one Noise layer, we can get loads and loads of variations. This technique is simple to set up, but extremely versatile, making it perfect for abstract backgrounds, brand motion systems, and generative design work.
