Pepperoni Rolls 1 batch of dinner roll recipe(or bread dough of your choice) 2 tablespoons olive oil 2-3 tsp dried basil 1 pkg pepperoni 2-3 cups of grated mozzarella cheese Make roll recipe according to instructions and let rise for 8 hours or overnight. Roll dough into a rectangle shape. Brush on olive oil and sprinkle with basil. Cut pepperoni into small pieces and scatter over dough and then sprinkle with grated cheese. Roll dough up like you would cinnamon rolls and pinch the end seams closed. Cut into 12 rolls and place on making sheet. Allow to rise 1-2 hours and bake at 375° for 25 minutes. *if using a yeast bread dough recipe the rolls would only need to rise 30-45 minutes before baking. Everything Bagel Rolls 1 batch of dinner roll recipe(or bread dough of your choice) 1 8oz pkg cream cheese(softened) Everything bagel seasoning Make roll recipe according to instructions and let rise for 8 hours or overnight. Roll dough into a rectangle shape. Spread softened cream cheese over dough and sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning. Roll dough up like you would cinnamon rolls and pinch the end seams closed. Cut into 12 rolls and place on baking sheet. Allow to rise 1-2 hours and bake at 375° for 25 minutes. *if using a yeast bread dough recipe the rolls would only need to rise 30-45 minutes before baking. Biscuits 3 cups all purpose flour 2 T baking powder 1 tsp salt ½ cup of butter cubed 1 2/3 cup buttermilk(approximately) Mix together flour baking powder and salt with a fork. Add in cubed butter and mix with fork, hands or pastry blender up til butter is incorporated into the flour. Pour in buttermilk and mix until mixture comes together. Dump out onto counter and knead a few times. Roll dough out to ½ inch thickness and cut out with a round cutter. * Place onto pan and bake at 450° degrees oven for 12-17 minutes. *Or freeze directly after cutting. Cook from frozen at 450° for 15-20 minutes.
