Spinach Corn Toast Preparation time: 10 min Cooking time: 20 min Serves: 4 Ingredients: Corn: ½ cup tsp (boiled) Bell Pepper: 3-4 tsp Spinach: 1 cup (chopped) Onion: 2 tsp (chopped) Black Pepper Powder: ½ tsp Oregano: 1 tsp Chilli flakes: 1 tsp Cheese: 2-3 cubes (grated) French Bread Loaf Oil: 2 tsp Butter: 3 tsp Salt: as per taste White sauce Ingredients: Maida: 2 tsp Ghee: 2 tsp Milk: 250 ml Chilli flakes: ½ tsp Oregano: ½ tsp Black pepper powder: ¼ tsp Cheese: 1 tsp Salt: ¼ tsp Method: 1. In heated pan add ghee, maida and roast it for 2-3 minutes on low flame. Then add milk and stir it continuously. Prepare lumps free mixture. After that add chilli flakes, oregano, salt, black pepper powder and grated cheese. Mix it well and cook it for 2-3 minutes on low flame. Stir it continuously. Here your thick creamy white sauce is ready. 2. Heat oil in a pan then add onion, bell pepper, boiled corn, spinach and mix them well. Add chilli flakes, oregano, salt, black pepper powder. Mix it well and cook it for 2-3 minutes on high flame. 3. In the butter add chilliflakes, oregano and pinch of salt. Mix them well. Here your mix herbs butter is ready. 4. Now cut the french bread into oval shape slice. 5. After that in our prepaed vegetables add white sauce and mix it nicely. 6. Apply plain butter in a pan and place the bread in it. Roast it for only 2-3 minutes on a low flame until it becomes light golden.Then take it out in the plate. 7. Now apply the mix herbs butter on roasted side bread.Then spread the vegetables white sauce mixture and great some cheese over it. In the last sprinckle oregano and chilli flakes on top of it. 8. In a heated pan apply the butter and place the bread and cover the lid of pan. Cook it for 3-4 minutes on a low flame until cheese melts and become light goden brown and crispy from down side.
