In this video, I’m going to show you how to make a custom, branded, unique report that’s connected to all your other tools today. ------------------------------------------------------- Generate Custom Reports For Your Digital Marketing Agency: 0:00 Intro 0:44 The three ways to look at analytics in involve.me 0:51 Organization level analytics 1:22 Project level analytics 4:20 Different types of submissions 5:26 The three types of partial submissions 6:25 Outro ------------------------------------------------------- Custom Report Template: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/... ------------------------------------------------------- 2 MONTH PROMOTION ENDED. So how do you make custom reports? I’m going to take this Custom Price Quote Calculator and I’ll connect it to send all data it collects into a google sheet. I'll take a custom report template from involve.me and I will name it Data Input Sheet. To connect my content to the Google Sheet, I’m going to go to “Integrations” Tick “Use custom integration settings for this project” Scroll down the native integrations list until you find Google Sheets. Click “Configure” Log into your Google account Paste the link to the Google sheet Keep in mind though, that it will only send data to google sheets if you have a dedicated opt-in checkbox. To enable this go back to your project and drag and drop the opt-in checkbox content element onto one of your pages and then under options where it says send data to select google sheets. Now for the fun part. The magic happens in the Data Analysis and Data Visualization Sheets. They take information from the Data Input Sheet and make it pretty, actionable and easy to understand. The Data Analysis and Data Visualization Sheets can be ANYTHING. You don’t even have to be good at Google Sheets, you just need to know what metrics you need. And google it. Once you have a nice template, you can customize it and make it match your branding so it doesn’t look like an ugly naked data export. Clients can’t understand that. The custom metrics I’m calculating in this template are: Lead to qualified lead conversion rate. Qualified lead with high-value purchase rate. Leads with high-value purchase intent rate. Setting it up might take up to 5 minutes, but once everything’s connected, your reports will update automatically every time your involve.me project collects new data. So to sum up, to make a custom involve.me report for your clients, here’s what you do: 1. Make a copy of the spreadsheet template you’d like to use. 2. Create your involve.me project or use an existing one. If you’re using an older project you can import old data into the spreadsheet manually so everything’s there. 3. Connect your project to your spreadsheet. Go to Integrations and select your project under “Project level”. Tick “Use custom integration settings for this project” Scroll down the native integrations list until you find Google Sheets. Click “Configure” Log into your Google account Enter a link to the Data Input Sheet And you’re all set! #customreports #digitalmarketing #digitalmarketingagency
