3M & McCain PV Traffic Lights In El Cajon (2nd St & I-8 East)

This video was filmed by me on December 31, 2021. These old traffic lights intersect with the I-8 freeway and are owned by Caltrans. The reason why there are 3M/McCain PV traffic lights here is because there's another set of traffic lights very close by just behind me.
