Almost done..... This is the last backyard fight. You should have done all your side quests now. Found all items in the field. Learn all the skills (Except 1) for your immortals through skill linking and accessories. Beat all the optional bosses. Collected all the weapons and spells. Basically your immortals should actually become immortals as they're skill set is so stacked that any enemy encounters should be no problem... Except the Immortal One.... The Immortal One (175,000 HP) - It's elemental structure is Earth, Type is Aerial. Objective - Beat The Immortal One Prize - Slot Seed Bonus Objective - Kill The Immortal One in under 30 rounds. It's a long grueling battle that may require luck. Bonus Prize - Quad-Element Seal Accessory. You will be able to absorb all elemental damage with 1 skill (instead of 4). Tips - Two spells that control this battle is White Magic DIVIDE and Spirit Magic REVERSA. Black Magic does not work on this monster. Be sure to equip as many HP Max Up's as you can because the more HP you have, the more effective DIVIDE is. DIVIDE uses the amount of HP you have as it's basis of damage. On the other side, REVERSA uses the amount of HP you do not have, as the basis of damage. You should have Kaim and Seth at 9999 HP, therefore, Kaim/Seth = 9999 HP damage onto the enemy when you cast DIVIDE. Set the necessary skills on your immortals in order for them to be effective in spell casting. That means, slapping on the magic casting skills that are usually not part of Kaim and Seth's repertoire. Double Cast, Mental Stability 2, Reduce Casting Time, White Magic 8, Spirit Magic 8. Be sure to equip Persistence as it will certainly keep you alive even if the Immortal One gets a critical hit on you. Come into the fight with a lot of important items like the Goddess Medicine, Power Drinks, Heal Fulls, etc. The Immortal One attacks are scary as towards its impending death, he will cast multiple times in one turn. Do not restore your GC as he just sneezes and gets rid of it anyways. Head to the Stars Rewards guy at the back to claim more prizes. He'll give you the Siderite Ring and Siderite Sword. After this 'successful' victory, you should have 5 achievements left... Of course, now that you have the LAST skill and accessory in the Quad-Element Seal (Absorb ALL Elements) that you can add that skill to your four immortals and successfully achieve their skill mastery. Skill Master Kaim Skill Master Seth Skill Master Sarah Skill Master Ming The End - Complete Disc 4 Like most powerful accessories, this Quad-Element Seal has 100 SP needed. So run back to the Temple of Enlightenment and go pick some fights against those pesky Hellish Kelolons. I feel that the easiest way to gain SP, XP, Gold, Items is to have Sed fight with you and find some Hellish Kelolons, which level you up after 1 fight. In regards to having one extra Slot Seed (already used maximum of 48), it's due to a trick from Episode 43 • Lost Odyssey Walkthrough: Episode 43 - Bat... ). Information about the Backyard - The Backyard is an underground fighting attraction. There are different classes which go from easy to hard. Light Class, Middle Class, Heavy Class, Super Heavy Class, Immortal Class. You will need the reading material to actually get into this matches. First you'll need the Backyard for Beginners paper. You get that for winning the first battle, and subsequently get to fight in the rest of the light class battles. Second, in order to get into the middle class, you need the Backyard Weekly, which you find in Gongora's Secret Cave. For the Heavy Class, you need the Biography of Backyard paper. It's located in the Terrace Cave after defeating the Money-Money enemy. For each fight, there are certain conditions to abide by. There are also ratings to which your fighting will be graded on, which in turn can lead to prizes. 1 Star for competing, 1 star for winning, 1 star for completing a bonus objective. There are a total of 60 stars in this competition. Please Note: Want to end the game? Your party is already strong enough to face Gongora in the final battle if your characters are around 50ish. So, you DO NOT have to do the backyard fights or optional missions if you do not want to. I choose to do all the optional missions in order for you guys to see the storyline itself (and get 1000 Gamerscore). You can face Gongora right away instead of heading to the Temple of Enlightenment (or other side quests). I do recommend that you fight Gongora if you really do not care for SIDE QUESTS or 1000 Gamerscore Achievement Points. Please Rate & Comment. Thank you. and Stay tuned for more episodes...
