Ghar ke masalo se bana chicken tandoori chicken| Tandoori drumstick recipe Tandoori Drumstick Recipe 🥣 Marinade Ingredients (For 600g Chicken Drumsticks) Ingredient - Thick Yogurt (Curd) -100g Garam Masala -2 tsp Coriander Pow-1 tsp Ginger Pow - 1 tsp Garlic Pow |-1 tsp Chaat Masala '1½ tsp Aamchur Powder -½ tsp Cumin Powder -1 tsp Red Chili (Bedgi) Powder - 2 tsp Black Pepper - a pinch Salt -to taste Lemon Juice -1 lemon 📋 Method Prepare the Marinade Step 1- Take 100g thick yogurt in a bowl. Add garam masala, coriander powder, ginger powder, garlic powder, chaat masala, aamchur powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, black pepper, and salt. Squeeze in the juice of one full lemon and mix everything together into a smooth, thick paste. Step 2 — Marinate the Chicken** Take 600g chicken drumsticks and make deep cuts into the meat so the marinade penetrates inside. Coat the drumsticks thoroughly in the marinade, pressing it deep into every cut and crevice. Marinate for a minimum of 3 /4 hours and for best results, leave it overnight in the refrigerator for juicier, more flavorful chicken. Step 3 — Preheat the Oven Preheat your oven for 5 minutes at high heat around 200–220°C / 400–425°F before placing the chicken inside. Step 4 — First Roast 🔥 Place the marinated drumsticks in the oven and roast for **10 minutes**. This sets the marinade and begins the cooking process. Step 5 — Butter Baste & Second Roast 🧈 Remove the chicken, brush generously with butter on all sides, and place back in the oven. Roast for 15 minutes.
