Pig feet / pig trotter slow cooked for hours until soft. Something my mum cook very often at home, also something my hubby will never even touch his lips. however I was convinced that these chewy little feet could turn my breasts size from a small A to a big G, and turn my wrinkly skin to baby smooth. No matter what! pig and soy beans make Chinese food authentic. We eat every parts of pig from ears to tail to feet. We use soy beans for soy sauce, tofu and soy milk. I understand pork feet aren't for everyone but it's definitely for me. So get your stove ready for a slow long cook of 2 hours for this delicious delicacy. (I only cooked it for about 1 hour. The longer you cook, the softer it gets. unless you are like me who like chewy feet, then be patient.) Hope you enjoy my video and subscribe to my channel.
