This is a really simple recipe that can be made a day before the big event. The dressing is a simple concoction that I use in many different recipes from Cole Slaw to lettuce salads. You control the sweetness and tartness for your own tastes. My Grandma used to make a higher carb version of this recipe (with real sugar) almost every Sunday for family dinners, and I was happy that the low carb version will pass anyone's test.
