Gujiya Recipe Process (Pointwise): ✓First, take a bowl and add all-purpose flour (maida), a pinch of salt, and ghee. Mix well and knead it into a dough. Make sure the dough is slightly tight but soft. ✓Cover the dough with a wet cloth and keep it aside for some time. ✓Meanwhile, take another bowl and prepare the filling by adding coconut powder, powdered sugar, dry fruits, and tutti frutti. Mix everything well. ✓You can also add cardamom powder for extra flavor. If you want, you can use mawa (khoya) instead of coconut powder. ✓Now take the prepared dough and knead it again until smooth. Roll a small roti (disc). ✓Use a gujiya maker to shape the gujiya. Place the filling inside and apply a little water on the edges so it seals properly. Close the maker and remove the extra dough. ✓Prepare all the gujiyas in the same way and keep them covered with a wet cloth so they don’t dry out. ✓Make the gujiyas and fry them one by one in hot oil.
