Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz activated the state’s National Guard in the wake of the fatal shooting of an armed Minneapolis man who allegedly tried to intervene as federal agents arrested a migrant. Walz slammed the Trump administration Saturday, declaring state authorities would probe the fatal shooting of Alex Jeffrey Pretti. Pretti, 37, allegedly brandished a weapon as Customs and Border Patrol agents attempted to arrest a criminal migrant outside a donut shop, federal authorities said.
