Day 12 of the 14 Days Improvers Yoga Challenge Today’s practice is focused on increasing oxygen supply to the brain to improve: • Focus • Mental clarity • Concentration • Calmness of the mind When we are stressed, overworked, or sleep-deprived, our breathing becomes shallow. Shallow breathing reduces oxygenated blood flow to the brain, which can lead to brain fog, poor focus, and mental fatigue. In this session, we practise: • Standing poses to improve blood circulation • Forward bends to calm the nervous system • Balance postures to train focus and stability • Alternate Nostril Breathing to balance the brain and mind • One-pointed awareness to improve concentration ⸻ 🌿 Habit of the Day – Train Your Focus Today’s habit is Drishti & Conscious Breathing. Once a day: • Sit comfortably • Fix your gaze on one point • Breathe slowly through the nose for 2–3 minutes This simple habit helps retrain the mind to stay present and focused. ⸻ This practice is suitable for beginner to intermediate levels.
