First we start on the bag with a combination then you will complete 1 rep of four different calisthenic movements. Each round you will add 1 rep to each body weight exercise working your way up to 10 reps of each movement. After 8 rounds you have completed 55 reps of air squats, sprawls, push-ups, and plank jacks! I will be setting a medium pace for this boxing workout that is perfect for the beginner to intermediate, all you need to do is match the intensity to your current fitness level.
