Bas Touw was leading this change program from the business side. Agile is used @ Nuon as means to reach a goal (getting an organization that is more effective and focus on most valuable things first). Bas will share how they run this change program by sharing practical examples. What worked well, but more important what did not work as planned. The keynote will also give insight on the underlying issue; how to get sustainable change in place with agile, while organisation is very busy with their normal work​
