In this video I open my workout journal and review the exact exercises I did that month. This video is a functional fitness video as part of my ongoing effort to share what I've learned over several years of studying kettlebells, clubs, mace, and other movement-based functional fitness practices. I feel young and pain-free today - a far cry from my broken down and chronic pain body when I turned 50. Building a simple yet personal program for your kettlebell, club, and/or mace practice is not as easy as it should be. There are lots of folks sharing videos online, but detailed "how to build a program" information is harder to find.
