It's hard to imagine an industry icon leaving the market, but that speaks volumes to how vibrant the club and mace industry has become. More competition for basic equipment at the low-price end and more options available to buyers at the high-price end with custom equipment, better fit and finish pieces, and multiple adjustable options - has left Onnit kind of stuck in the middle. I own several pieces of Onnit equipment and will miss them from a nostalgic point of view, but I'm excited about how the mace and club market has grown overall. Please like and subscribe if you're interested in functional fitness and aging gracefully and pain-free, and with as much flexibility and mobility as you can. This video is a functional fitness video as part of my ongoing effort to share what I've learned over several years of studying kettlebells, clubs, mace, and other movement-based functional fitness practices. I feel young and pain-free today - a far cry from my broken down and chronic pain body when I turned 50. Building a simple yet personal program for your kettlebell, club, and/or mace practice is not as easy as it should be. There are lots of folks sharing videos online, but detailed "how to build a program" information is harder to find. I'm trying to help others have an easier time building their program than I did when I started out. #Kettlebell #Mace #Club #FitAt50 #FunctionalFitness
