This video is the final episode of my handmade RC excavator build series. In this installment, I will precisely bend 4mm copper tubes using a homemade copper tube bender, and weld fittings onto the bent copper tubes with a custom-designed welding jig. These copper tubes will be connected to the hydraulic cylinders via the fittings, and together with nylon tubes, they will form the complete hydraulic lines for the remote-controlled excavator. Additionally, I will demonstrate how to build the light kit for the excavator using components including the ESP8266 (Wemos D1 Mini) development board, MOSFET modules, WS2818 RGB LED pixels, LED light strips and other parts. With the assistance of artificial intelligence, I will also write the control program for the light kit. Furthermore, I will use a 3D printer to fabricate the exterior shell of the excavator.
