Etiopia Yirgacheffe, Grade 1 Natural Organic from Tewabech Tilo, is the Natural Yergacheff we have always dreamed of roasting here at Old Bisbee Roasters. One of my favorite things about Old Bisbee Roasters is the ability to purchase coffee from small farm organizations or even individuals. https://bit.ly/EthiopiaNatTT Tewabech Tilo grows coffee on 6.5 hectares of land in Yirgacheffe, the most famous African coffee origin. 6.5 hectares is considered very large for this area, where half a hectare is the size of most coffee farms. There are precious few single-farm coffees available in this part of Ethiopia. Not long ago, there were practically none at all.  Tewabech started processing and marketing her coffee in 2019. After losing her husband 27 years ago, she raised her 6 children alone - all of whom are now college-educated and work to help support her and her farm.  Our newest coffee is Tewabech's organically certified specialty crop, harvested with the assistance of about seven workers, sorted for consistency, and sundried on her property on raised beds for about three weeks. https://bit.ly/EthiopiaNatTT
