A cake of your choice, filled and crumb coated Buttercream or Swiss meringue buttercream coloured with food colour of your choice Sugarpaste + gum tragacanth or CMC OR ready made modelling paste in a variety of colours Lustre dusts + clear alcohol Rubbery silicone mermaid tail and shell moulds for fondant/sugarpaste Cornflour Digestive biscuit crumbs Various (optional) utensils including palette knives, cake smoother, turntable, non-stick board and rolling pin, various brushes, pokey things, toothpicks and probably some other stuff that I forgot!
